Typical Pilates techniques and movements, to allow you to balance posture and train the abdominal, back and lumbar areas.

DANCE

Sweaty? Yes. Bored? Never. Some full-body workouts use dance steps and energetic movements to allow you to continue the workout and keep up the rhytm.

MUSCLE TRAINING

You will be guided by Donna step by step, so that you can perform all movements correctly and with the right intensity.

Workout for all levels

Whether you are a beginner or at a more advanced level, you will find the workouts that best suit your needs.

You will be able to scale the intensity levels by completing the Workouts, which is a series of specific workouts categorized by goaland duration.
Your results will be visible in the My Profile section, along with the list of Workouts that you have yet to complete.

GOAL

Choose the type of training based on the results you want to achieve: toning, weight loss, lean muscle and endurance.

DURATION

You can choose to follow workouts based on their duration: 15-minute quick workouts, 30-40-minute basic workouts and 1-hour more intensive workouts.

LEVEL

If you are not used to training you can start your fitness journey by following the first Workouts Start Here and Quick, and then progressively move on to more demanding workouts such as Cardio or Toned and Defined.

If you want to train to improve your shape and firm your muscles, the Work Out Barreand Toned and Defined are for you.

If you are looking to tone and train muscles without increasing muscle size too much, Full Body workouts are for you.

GENERAL WELLNESS

With little time available and a busy agenda you could choose the Quick Workouts, lasting 15-30 minutes, and the episodes of Wellness Room.

What should I expect from the online studio?

The website www.donnapage-method.com once you have signed up for a subscription and logged in, it will become your Online Fitness Studio: on the “My profile” page you will find all the details about your subscription and the courses you are following and those available, which consist of a series of video workouts divided by goal. To date, more than 50 training videos are available, and 1 new one is uploaded every week.

How long does the free trial last?

The free trial lasts for 14 days. After this period, you can choose which of the 3 available Subscriptions (monthly, six-monthly, yearly) to activate. Renewal is manual at each deadline.

Do I need equipment?

To make the most of the Workouts you should be equipped with a mat, sports clothing, weights of various sizes and anklets. You may also need a cube and a pilates ball.

How do I know my fitness level?

My workouts are suitable for all types of endurance, from that typical of a beginner up to a more intensive approach. Within the platform you will find clear categories for training, which will help you follow a consistent fitness path.

Can I switch from a monthly to a six-monthly or annual Subscription?

Yes, the renewal of the Subscription is always manual, so you can choose the plan you prefer at each expiration.

What are the accepted payment methods?

For monthly, half-yearly, annual subscriptions and Live Sessions a payment method provided by my Bank is used, safe and secure for all international payments with any credit and debit card. Consultations must instead be paid by bank transfer after agreeing the date and time of the appointment.

What happens if I don't renew my Subscription?

Your profile will remain active, you will be able to access but not view the contents of the Subscription. You can renew at any time from the My Profile page, by clicking on “Renew Subscription” or by following the instructions in the e-mails that will notify you of the expiration.
