I also followedthe Pilates Mat Workpath, at the Balance Body school, passing the 1st, 2nd and 3rd level exams.

MY TRANSFORMATION
My journey with Tracy Anderson
A big inspiration of mine was Tracy Anderson, the fitness coach of the stars. I got to know her closely, I followed many of her courses in New York and she taught me a lot. I owe her a lot. Thanks to her, I understood the importance of having a method. Yep, the method.
But what was mine? I was fine, physically and spiritually. I was in perfect shape, and I felt at peace with myself.
But what was the recipe? And how could I pass it on to others?
My Online Fitness Studio
My online training programs are suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced levels. It doesn’t matter whether you are an athlete or someone who is approaching fitness as a beginner, whether you are a moderately active person looking for dynamic and different workouts or whether you are a new mum returning to exercise after pregnancy.
The focus of my workouts is to help youincrease your physical strength, your health and self-confidence: because in the end we are always only one workout away from a good mood!
